A: We order things for our customers all the time. We can take orders over the phone or in person.

Q: Do you accept returns at Dixie Union Station?
A: We do not accept returns. Because of the nature of our products and the electronics it is very difficult for us to take returns. In some cases we will give you a store credit.

Q: Is there a deposit on orders I place with Dixie Union Station?
A: Depending on the order we generally require a 20% non refundable deposit.

Q: Can you do better on your prices listed in the store?
A: We already sell our products under MSRP and we feel our prices are some of the best in the country.
